The 2025 Southeast Deer Study Group will be held at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake (100 Heron Blvd, US-50, Cambridge, Maryland), February 16-19, 2025.
Overnight Accommodations:
Overnight accommodations are available to event participants at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay in Cambridge, Maryland at a discounted rate of $156 per night (includes resort fee). This rate will be available for reservations made before January 22, 2025 OR when the room block fills. Shuttles
Please note that neither the hotel nor the conference are providing a shuttle from/to airports. We will provide suggestions regarding how you can seek ride sharing with other participants via the conference app chat feature. That option will be explained when you are invited to the confernence app on January 21.
There is a commercial shuttle service, called the BayRunner Shuttle that runs between Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) and the resort every two hours, daily (7:30 AM to 8:30 PM, please check the schedule before making your flight plans). Cost is ~$89 pp one way, but that rate goes down depending on how many people there are in the party, so group reservation can save money!
